Very friendly front desk-that is important to me; then staff doubled as MA & I was impressed; great use of staff skills. I like that Dr. S asked questions about me not just my ailment. That made me feel recognized and she was not rushing me through. Even if I had to wait a bit for my turn to be seen, I realized Dr. S takes her time with each patient. I have great confidence in my health care team at Sivimed Associates!

Dr. Siv has been treating my daughter who has significant disabilities for a couple of years. She and her office staff have always been there for us to answer any questions and concerns regarding my daughter’s health. Their services are extremely personalized and I’m very happy we found her again after she moved from Frederick Health (previously Parkview Medical) to her private practice. She has a Quest Lab within her space which is extremely convenient.

Within an hour of my calling the office to inform them I tested COVID positive I had tele appointment with Dr. Sivakumar in which she immediately defined a treatment plan and went out of her way to find a pharmacy from which I could get the medications I needed. Her knowledge of the literature and the supplements I should take was impressive. I am grateful for how I was able to be helped so quickly.
